BESS construction

Battery energy storage is an electrical project from the fence line in. ZVRGE sets and connects battery enclosures, power conversion equipment and the DC and AC connections between them — to the engineered design, with torque, termination and test records to match.

MV collection & interconnection support

Storage earns nothing until it reaches the grid. ZVRGE installs medium-voltage collection systems — cabling, terminations, switchgear and transformers — and supports the utility-facing scope through coordination, testing and documented energization steps.

Auxiliary & balance-of-plant power

Behind every megawatt of storage is a low-voltage plant keeping it alive: HVAC for thermal management, controls power, lighting, security and station service. ZVRGE builds that auxiliary infrastructure with the same rigor as the primary path.

Controls, communications & protection wiring

An energy site is operated remotely and protected automatically, which makes its signal wiring as critical as its power wiring. ZVRGE lands control circuits, communications runs and protection-system wiring terminated, labeled and point-to-point verified.

Grounding systems

Energy sites concentrate fault energy, and the grounding grid is what makes that survivable. ZVRGE installs grounding systems to the engineered design, with tested connections and documentation ready for the commissioning record.

Energization on an energy project is a gated, witnessed process. ZVRGE supports it end to end — pre-energization checks, functional test support and punch-list closure — so the project reaches commercial operation on the schedule it promised.
