Startup & energization support
First energization is a planned sequence: pre-energization checklists, staged bring-up and verification gates at each step. ZVRGE runs startups so the first time a system carries load is an event with a script, not a leap of faith.

Verification
Before anything is energized, the installation is proven against the documents:
- Point-to-point continuity checked against the drawings
- Torque verification on terminations and bus connections
- Grounding and bonding continuity confirmed
- Labeling verified against the one-line

Functional testing
Systems are exercised the way they will actually run: transfer sequences, interlocks, control logic and alarm paths, with failure conditions simulated rather than assumed. A function that has never been tested is a function that has never worked.

Working with commissioning agents
On commissioned projects, ZVRGE executes test scripts, provides craft support during functional performance testing and turns deficiencies around fast — through retest, until the log is closed.

Documentation
Test records, verified as-builts, settings and a closeout package assembled for the people who will operate the system — organized so that years from now, the answer to whether something was tested is a page number, not a shrug.

Owner training
Before handover, ZVRGE walks operations staff through the installed system: what is where, how it transfers, what normal looks like and what to do when it doesn't. The training is specific to the installation, not a generic slide deck.
