Capabilities / Controls & Automation
From sensor to starter.
Automation only performs as well as the wiring under it. ZVRGE installs the control infrastructure Texas plants run on — panels, instrumentation and device wiring, terminated clean, labeled and documented so it can actually be maintained.
What we deliver
- Control panel installation
- Control wiring & terminations
- Instrumentation wiring
- PLC & I/O integration support
- VFD coordination
- Motor control integration
- Industrial network cabling
- Loop checks & point-to-point testing
- Panel modifications & retrofits
- Startup support
Industrial controls
The control layer is where power becomes process. ZVRGE installs and integrates control panels, field devices and safety circuits for production systems — the physical layer that decides whether the automation above it can be trusted.

02
Control wiring
Control wiring is craft work, and it shows — in signal integrity now and in troubleshooting cost for years after.
- Voltage-class segregation and shield grounding done correctly
- Every conductor labeled and matching the drawings at both ends
- Terminations torqued, dressed and documented
- As-built markups returned to the record set, not lost in a gang box
03
Instrumentation
Transmitters, sensors and analytical instruments wired with the practices that protect low-level signals: routing, separation, shield management and terminations that don't turn a 4-20 mA loop into a mystery.
04
PLC & panel integration support
ZVRGE installs control panels, lands I/O and runs point-to-point and loop checks alongside your integrator or in-house controls team. The programming is theirs; making the physical layer match the I/O list exactly is ours.
05
VFD coordination
Drives sit at the junction of power and control, and installations fail at that junction: shielded cable, grounding, reactors and control interlocks coordinated between the drive scope and the controls scope so neither undermines the other.
06
Loop checks & startup
Point-to-point verification, loop checks and functional confirmation before startup — every device proven from field to panel to I/O point, so commissioning finds design questions instead of wiring faults.
FAQ
Common questions
ZVRGE focuses on the physical and integration layer — panel installation, control and instrumentation wiring, I/O landing and loop checks — working alongside your systems integrator or in-house controls engineers. That split keeps accountability clean on both sides.
