Generators and transfer
Set installation, feeders, control wiring and the transfer equipment that decides what actually happens when utility power drops. An ATS that has never been exercised under real load is an assumption, not a system.

Sized against the load that matters
The question is not what the generator is rated for — it is what the building will actually put on it, in what order, and what starts at the same moment. Standby load studies, step-load review and the coordination behind them are where backup systems succeed or disappoint.
Docking stations and temporary power
A permanently installed connection point lets a portable unit be landed in minutes, with breakers and interlocks already sized and in place. It turns an extended outage into a procedure with a known duration.
Proven under load
Load-bank testing and full transfer sequences exercised before turnover — utility loss, transfer, run, retransfer and cooldown — with failure conditions simulated rather than assumed. Documentation goes with it, because the next test is somebody else's.

Yes. A set that starts is not the same as a system that carries the building: transfer, run, retransfer and cooldown are exercised as a sequence, under load, with failure conditions simulated. That full sequence is what gets documented.
