Service and distribution at building scale
Distribution centers concentrate serious load behind one service: automation, charging, refrigeration, lighting across acres of roof. ZVRGE installs services, switchgear and the feeder systems that carry power the full length of the building — with capacity mapped for what the facility will add next.

High-bay lighting
In a 40-foot-clear building, lighting is a logistics system: it decides what pickers see, what cameras record and what the meter reads. ZVRGE installs high-bay lighting and controls laid out to racking plans, aisle by aisle, at height and on schedule.

Dock and material-handling power
The dock wall is the busiest electrical zone in the building. ZVRGE powers levelers, doors, restraints, fans and communications along the entire dock face, on distribution built to take the daily abuse of a working dock.

Conveyor & automation systems
Automated facilities put miles of conveyor and sortation equipment on the floor and in the air. ZVRGE runs power and controls wiring to automation vendor layouts — motor circuits, control panels, e-stop and safety wiring — coordinated so mechanical install and electrical rough-in move together.

Charging infrastructure
Forklift battery rooms today, fleet vehicle charging tomorrow. ZVRGE builds charging areas with the ventilation-coordinated power and distribution they require, and installs the capacity and raceway that make later EV fleet charging an addition, not a rebuild.

Service after turnover
Fulfillment does not stop for an electrical problem. ZVRGE services distribution facilities after construction — troubleshooting, repairs, lighting maintenance, thermal imaging and 24/7 response — so a fault costs hours, not shifts.
