Service and capacity upgrades

Most depots were never fed for charging load, so the project usually starts at the service entrance. ZVRGE installs upgraded services, transformers and switchgear, and stages the cutover so fleet operations keep running while capacity grows underneath them.

Utility coordination

New charging load is a conversation with the utility, and it is on the critical path. ZVRGE supports that process from the construction side — load information, service requirements, site readiness and scheduling — so the transformer shows up when the chargers do.

Load management & controls wiring

A depot that manages its load charges more vehicles on less service capacity. ZVRGE installs the load-management, metering and communications wiring that lets charging systems share capacity intelligently — terminated, labeled and verified point to point.

Site infrastructure

Fleet charging lives outdoors, in pavement. ZVRGE handles the trenching, duct banks, conduit, equipment pads and site raceway that put power across a yard — coordinated with paving and civil work so the site is opened once, not three times.

Built for the next phase

Fleets electrify in waves, and infrastructure should anticipate that. ZVRGE installs conduit, capacity and distribution provisions for future phases during the first mobilization — because concrete is cheap to size correctly and expensive to cut twice.
