The medium-voltage backbone

Every watt in the building crosses the MV system first. ZVRGE installs medium-voltage feeders, transformers and switchgear, supports substation and utility-interface work, and delivers terminations tested and documented before anything is energized.

The critical power chain

Between the utility and the server row sits the equipment that defines availability. ZVRGE installs and connects each link of that chain to the engineered design, sequenced so redundancy claims survive contact with a real failure.

Busway & critical distribution

Overhead busway is how modern data halls stay flexible: capacity lands once, tap-offs move with the racks. ZVRGE installs busway runs, tap boxes and the panel and whip work below them, built straight, supported right and labeled to the record set.

Grounding & bonding

In a data center, grounding is a functional system, not a code checkbox — it protects uptime as much as people. ZVRGE builds ground rings, bonding networks and signal-reference paths to specification, with tested and documented connections.

Testing & commissioning support

Commissioning is where a data center earns its availability numbers. ZVRGE works alongside commissioning agents from component checks through integrated systems testing — operating equipment, running load banks into the sequence and clearing issues while the schedule still has room for them.

Expansion in live environments

Most data center work happens next to load that cannot blink. ZVRGE executes expansions and upgrades in operating facilities under method-of-procedure discipline: every step written, every energized boundary defined, every cutover rehearsed before it happens.
