Services / New Developments
One site. Many buildings. One power plan.
A development is not several buildings that happen to be adjacent — it is one distribution problem solved once. ZVRGE builds the primary infrastructure that every pad, building and amenity on the site will hang off.
What this covers
- Primary distribution
- Duct bank systems
- Transformer pads
- Secondary services
- Site & parking lighting
- Metering & house power
- Gate & amenity power
- EV-ready provisions
- Phased energization
Infrastructure before buildings
Duct banks, primary runs and transformer pads go in while the site is still open and cheap to work. The decisions made here — routing, spare ways, pad capacity — set what the development can add in five years without trenching a finished parking lot.
- Primary routing coordinated with civil, water and gas
- Spare conduit ways sized for the phase nobody has drawn yet
- Transformer pads and secondary stub-ups per the utility's standard

Phased energization
Developments open in phases, and the power has to arrive the same way: building one energized and occupied while building four is still steel, without temporary arrangements that have to be undone later.
Site lighting and the things between buildings
Parking, drives, walkways, gates, signage and amenity power — the scope that is easy to leave until last and then holds up a certificate of occupancy. ZVRGE carries it as part of the site package, not as an afterthought.
Built for what comes next
Developments grow. Capacity for EV charging, a future pad or an amenity expansion costs very little when it is conduit and a spare section, and a great deal once it is a retrofit. ZVRGE flags those decisions while they are still cheap.

Spare capacity is conduit today and a torn-up parking lot in five years.
FAQ
Common questions
Yes. Utility application, pad and duct-bank standards, metering arrangements and energization scheduling are part of the scope — and starting them early is usually the difference between opening on time and waiting on a transformer.
