Sized for how the building actually runs
Nameplate totals describe a building nobody occupies. ZVRGE sizes services and feeders against measured load and realistic diversity, with headroom for what the facility is likely to add — because both errors are expensive, and undersizing is the one you find out about later.
Upgrades in occupied buildings
Most service work is not new construction — it is a live building that needs more capacity or newer gear. That work runs on written switching sequences, agreed outage windows and temporary arrangements that hold the facility up while the permanent equipment goes in.

Grounding is the part that is easy to pass and hard to do well. Ground rings, bonding networks and equipment grounding are installed to specification and tested, because it protects both people and the equipment that depends on a stable reference.

Usually, with planning. The normal approach is temporary power carrying critical loads while the permanent gear is installed, then a rehearsed cutover in an agreed window. Whether a full shutdown is avoidable depends on the existing arrangement — we tell you which case you are in before the work is priced.
