Power on your terms, not the grid's.
Battery storage changes what a facility can do with its demand curve — ride through an outage, shave a peak, or firm up generation. ZVRGE installs the electrical infrastructure that makes it work.
What this covers
- Battery energy storage
- MV collection
- Transformers
- Switchgear
- Auxiliary power
- Protection systems
- Control wiring
- Communications
- Grounding
- Commissioning support
The electrical side of storage
Enclosures and racks are the visible part; the project is the collection system, transformers, protection and the control and communications wiring that lets the system know what the site is doing. ZVRGE builds that side of it.

Interconnection and protection
Storage sits between the site and the utility, which makes protection and coordination the part that has to be right. Relaying, settings coordination and the interconnection arrangement are treated as engineering to build to — not details to resolve on site.
- Medium-voltage collection and transformer connections
- Protection and relay wiring built to the coordination study
- Auxiliary power that stays up when the main system does not
Behind the meter, or in front of it
Peak shaving and outage ride-through for a facility, or grid-scale collection for a developer — the electrical scope is recognizably the same work at different scales, and ZVRGE takes both.
Commissioning support
Storage systems are commissioned against the behavior they were bought for, not just against continuity. ZVRGE supports the integrator and commissioning agent through that process and closes findings while the schedule still has room.

Storage sits between your site and the utility. Protection is the part that has to be right.
FAQ
Common questions
ZVRGE installs the electrical infrastructure and makes the connections — collection, transformers, protection, auxiliary power, control and communications wiring — and works alongside the equipment supplier and integrator on the system they are responsible for.
