Pre-planning
The outage is won or lost before it starts. ZVRGE walks the work down weeks ahead, freezes scope and builds the schedule at the level where it can actually be managed:

Material staging
Every component on site, inspected and kitted by task before the first breaker opens. During a shutdown, a missing gasket costs an hour of production, not the price of a gasket — so nothing in the plan waits on a delivery.

Crew scheduling
Shifts built around the critical path: qualified people matched to each task, supervision on every shift, and rest planning so the last hour of the outage gets the same quality of work as the first.

Safety planning
Lockout/tagout plans, verification of de-energization, permits and job hazard analyses are written and reviewed before day one. Outage tempo never gets to compete with safety discipline — the plan is built so it doesn't have to.

Execution
Progress tracked against the hour-by-hour plan with defined decision points and a communication cadence the facility can rely on. When status is reported, it is measured against the plan — not estimated from optimism.

Testing & startup
Re-energization is a sequence, not a switch: torque checks, insulation testing, phased energization and load verification before the system is handed back. The outage ends when the facility runs, not when the work is done.

Schedule recovery
Opened equipment tells the truth, and sometimes the truth adds scope. When discovery work threatens the window, ZVRGE re-sequences, adds shifts and triages scope with the facility — protecting the end date first.
